We understand that sometimes work orders are changed as per business requirement. You can easily make the changes to a job in the two scenarios below:
Job active in the marketplace but not Assigned: You can edit a job posted in the marketplace which is not assigned to an engineer. You have the flexibility to make all the necessary changes to the job. Click the edit icon on top of the work-order upon logging into your Field Engineer account.
Job active in the marketplace and Assigned: Changes are limited to a Job which has been already assigned to an engineer, you cannot make changes to pay, skills and address. Click the edit icon on top of the work-order upon logging into your Field Engineer account.
